Tobacco Disclosure

• Purchaser is at least 21 years of age and must present a valid government issued ID upon delivery that matches the name of the purchaser. Using a false ID, signing a false name, or attempting to purchase tobacco underage is a criminal offense.
• The excise tax due on the cigarettes has been paid by the purchase of a tax stamp for each cigarette package, and a tax stamp has been affixed to each package sold.

Alcohol Disclosure

• Purchaser is at least 21 years of age and present a valid government issued ID upon delivery that matches the name of the purchaser. Using a false ID, signing a false name, or attempting to purchase alcohol underage is a criminal offense.
• Any persons delivering alcohol must valid, approved government permit if required by the state.
