What is Vroom Delivery?
Vroom is an online ordering system that allows you to place orders at your favorite restaurants, convenience stores and local markets. Simply click here to get started! How does this work?
Placing a delivery order with your favorite local restaurants and stores with Vroom is easy! Simply click here to access our homepage and enter your address and the items or the name of the store that you are looking for, then make your selection from the list of establishments in your area. Once on the store menu, click on the items you like, select quantities and select any variable options such as side dishes or extras when prompted. Items will be held in your checkout cart. If you would like to make a change, simply click on your checkout cart and click on the item. You can make changes to the quantity or remove items. When you are ready to check out, just click the checkout button and follow the delivery location and steps!
Where are you delivering to?
We are currently delivering to locations in El Paso and the greater Cincinnati area.
How do I pay for my delivery?
All transactions are via credit card when you place the order, although you have the option to tip your delivery driver in cash (tips are, of course, optional). If there are any changes to your order after you make your initial purchase or if something is missing from your order, you will be promptly refunded the amount of the change. We will never add any charges to your card after you checkout.
Is my credit card information saved? How do I know that my information is secure?
We do not save your credit card information on our servers. In fact, our servers never even see your card number. If you chose to save your credit card to make future purchases quicker, the information is encrypted and securely stored through Stripe, a company specializing in credit card processing and security, so you can be sure that all your information is safe! When you place future orders, you will get a text confirming that you placed the order with a unique access code, so no one else will be able to place orders on your card.
How long does it take?
An email will be sent to you when the store confirms your order letting you know the estimated delivery time but most orders will arrive in under an hour.
What are delivery fees and minimum orders?
Each store sets their own delivery fees and minimum order amounts and are subject to change. Please note that the delivery fee is NOT a tip to the delivery driver. If you wish to tip your driver you may do so upon checkout on your card or in cash upon arrival.
Do I need ID for alcohol and tobacco purchases?
Yes. Drivers will card anyone for age restricted items, so make sure that the person making the order is of legal age to do so. Please see our age restricted items disclosures here.
What if I placed an order and it has not arrived or is taking too long?
Contact the store directly if you have any questions or concerns. Contact information for the store is provided in the email that was sent to you when you placed your order. If the store is not responding or you wish to contact Vroom about a store, you can find each individual store's email at the Customer Service link at the bottom of the page. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours to respond to emails.
My Address is not appearing in the drop down when I try to checkout. What do I do?
We use Google's API to find addresses but occasionally with new locations the API may not have your exact address. If this is the case, you may select the nearest location that it does recognize and write directions for the driver in the free form box provided below. You may also want to call the store to confirm this once the order has been placed. The number to the store will be provided in an email when you checkout. Also, make sure you are using a modern, updated browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Older browsers may not be supported by our platform.
I have a promo code, where do I use it?
If you have a promo code, you will have a chance to enter it in during checkout and all discounts will be applied to your order.
